    Overview

As Premium 3D SAS evolved into a true smart 3D factory, we began collaborating with film and entertainment studios.
One of the most exciting projects was our work on “Juanpis González: The People’s President”, a Netflix film produced in Colombia.

Our role was to bring characters from the screen into the physical world through high-precision 3D scanning and resin miniatures, combining digital capture, industrial design and meticulous 3D printing.

We transformed real actors into collectible-scale 3D figures with cinematic-level detail.”

    Context

The production needed miniature versions of key characters with:

    • high fidelity to the actors’ faces and body proportions.
    • strong visual presence on camera.
    • clean surfaces and sharp details.
    • and reliable, repeatable production in a short timeframe.

Traditional sculpting or manual modeling would have been slow and less accurate.
We proposed a full 3D scanning → digital cleaning → resin printing pipeline.

    My Role

At Premium 3D SAS, I led the end-to-end 3D process for this project:

    • Coordinated and executed 3D scanning sessions for the actors.
    • Cleaned and refined the scanned meshes for print-ready geometry.
    • Adjusted proportions and details to work at miniature scale while preserving likeness.
    • Selected and tuned industrial-grade resin for sharp detail and durability.
    • Orchestrated the print preparation, orientation, and supports for optimal surface quality.
    • Supervised post-processing: cleaning, curing and finishing the pieces.

I acted as the bridge between the production team’s creative vision and the technical constraints of 3D manufacturing.

    Process Highlights

    • Captured full-body and facial detail using 3D scanning to ensure likeness and expression.
    • Retopologized and optimized the models for high-detail resin printing.
    • Scaled and thickened fragile areas (fingers, facial features and thin props) to work reliably at miniature size.
    • Printed the miniatures in high-resolution resin to achieve crisp edges and smooth surfaces for on-camera use.
    • Iterated quickly with the production team to align creative expectations and physical constraints.

    Impact

The result was a set of highly detailed, production-ready miniatures that:

    • maintained strong resemblance to the original characters.
    • photographed beautifully under studio lighting.
    • and demonstrated how 3D technology can enhance storytelling in film.

This project positioned Premium 3D SAS as a reliable partner for film, TV, and creative industries, expanding our work beyond industrial and engineering sectors into entertainment and character work.

It proved that our smart 3D factory could adapt from machinery parts to cinematic characters.”

  • QDEC — Quantum Decisions Engine™

    QDEC — Quantum Decisions Engine™

    Founder & Algorithm Architect | 2024–Present | Chicago, USA

    Overview

QDEC is the most personal, ambitious, and meaningful project I’ve ever built.
It began with a simple truth I kept seeing in myself and in everyone around me:

Most people don’t fail because of lack of talent or opportunities; they fail because they can’t make decisions with clarity.”

Indecision creates anxiety, stress, confusion, fear, procrastination, lost opportunities, and wasted potential.
I wanted to solve that problem at its core.

So I built QDEC: The Quantum Decisions Engine™, a platform that uses
AI, psychology, physics inspired logic, real-time data, and probabilistic modeling
to simulate possible futures and help people make better decisions.

    Context

Humans make between 10,000 and 30,000 micro-decisions every day.
    Yet most of us:

    • Overthink.
    • Freeze.
    • fear choosing wrong.
    • rely on emotions and logic.
    • or jump impulsively without context.

Traditional tools (therapy, coaching, journaling, pros & cons lists) help, but none of them simulate outcomes.

    That’s when I realized:

    If we can simulate the future in business, engineering, aviation and science;
why can’t we simulate it for our personal decisions?”

QDEC was born from that question.

    My Role

As Founder & Algorithm Architect, I built QDEC from the ground up:

    • The core algorithm that blends logic, emotion, context and probability.
    • The psychological onboarding system.
    • The scenario engine that generates divergent outcomes.
    • The user flow and decision architecture.
    • The brand, philosophy and narrative.
    • The UX for presenting “possible futures”.
    • The roadmap for QDEC Alpha and QDEC Prime.

I built QDEC to help individuals, entrepreneurs and professionals take control of their lives with intentional decision making.

    How QDEC Works:

QDEC combines five disciplines into one engine:

    1. Quantum Logic

Not literal quantum physics; but inspired by the idea of multiple possible states collapsing into one outcome when a choice is made.

    2. Psychology & Emotional Mapping

User onboarding reveals patterns, tendencies, fears, and cognitive biases.

    3. AI Reasoning & Interpretation

AI processes emotional, contextual and factual data simultaneously.

    4. Real-Time Data Inputs

    Trends, probabilities, environment, timing, feasibility.

    5. Outcome Simulation

Users get parallel future scenarios based on their decision options:
    clear, visual, intelligent.

QDEC doesn’t tell you what to do.
It shows you what could happen, so you can choose with clarity.

    Process Highlights

    • Designed and documented the full QDEC algorithm architecture.
    • Developed onboarding that maps emotional profiles to decision patterns.
    • Built the scenario engine for divergent outcomes.
    • Integrated AI reasoning with user specific logic.
    • Created a functional MVP (QDEC Alpha) running on AI + structured logic.
    • Defined the roadmap for QDEC Prime (comming soon).
    • Established the brand, philosophy, and storytelling foundation.

    Impact & Purpose

QDEC is more than software: it’s a new way of thinking.
    It helps people:

    • break cycles of indecision
    • reduce anxiety
    • make strategic, conscious choices
    • visualize consequences before acting
    • understand their own patterns
    • regain control over their lives

    Decisions shape reality.
QDEC helps you shape it consciously.”

My purpose with QDEC is to expand human potential by giving people a clear map of the possibilities ahead of them.

    Vision

QDEC starts as a tool, but it will grow into a global platform for conscious decision-making.

    A system used by:

    • students choosing careers
    • entrepreneurs evaluating risks
    • couples deciding life paths
    • professionals navigating opportunities
    • anyone facing the complexity of being human

    Long-term, QDEC becomes:

    • a personal decision assistant
    • a predictive engine
    • a behavioral intelligence model
    • a platform for quantum-inspired thinking

    Technologies & Skills

    • Algorithm design
    • Psychology + behavioral design
    • AI reasoning and scenario modeling
    • Product architecture
    • UX for cognitive clarity
    • Data-driven decision systems
    • Storytelling & science communication
    • Probabilistic thinking

QDEC demonstrates my ability to combine technology, psychology, strategy, and vision to solve problems that truly matter.

    Impact

Botanic Lab SAS sold limited units, but the real impact wasn’t financial,
    it was foundational.

    This project taught me:

    • how to transform ideas into products.
    • how to coordinate materials and suppliers.
    • how to design experiences, not just objects.
    • how to sell, market and communicate vision.
    • and how to execute under uncertainty and learn fast.

Most importantly, it confirmed something that defines my career today:

I don’t wait for the perfect moment. I build. I create. I execute.”

Botanic Lab was the seed, the beginning of the builder I would later become.

I can build physical products, digital ecosystems, AI platforms and philosophical systems.
This is the versatility and adaptability of a real builder.
